As a registered user you can download publicity and promotional materials and images from the Aerofoil image library free of charge. The following agreement has been made to avoid any confusion and to protect the interests of the Aerofoil programme, its partners and the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation (Alupro), as project managers.
In order to download any image from the library you must agree to the following.
Aerofoil is a partnership programme between the funding partners, local authorities and their agents, the resources have been provided to assist with the promotion of metal packaging recycling, and must not be used to draw criticism to any products or services featured. Anyone downloading these materials accepts this and agrees to the following:
- I certify that all images downloaded from the Aerofoil* image library will only be used in whole, without alteration or modification.
- I certify that the images will only be used in the positive promotion of the '3Rs' (reduce, reuse and recycle) within the context of the Aerofoil* programme and in accordance with the guidelines issued by Alupro*.
- I agree to use the images only in promotional materials that will demonstrate to the general public the viability of recycling the materials featured.
- I agree that Alupro* retains the ownership of the images and any Alupro* intellectual property. I agree that the right to use the images is not transferable.
- I agree that Alupro* shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the images.
- I agree to provide examples of promotional materials that use these images to Alupro* for monitoring purposes and as examples of best practice, on request.
- I agree that the images will not be passed onto any third party without the prior written consent of Alupro*.
- I understand that I will be liable for any claim that arises out of misuse of the images by us, or by any third party to whom I have passed the images without the prior written consent of Alupro*. I accept liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of an image or images unless such image or images were fraudulently or negligently assembled by Alupro*.
* In this Agreement, the party "Alupro" means the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation Limited. "Aerofoil" is the programme managed by Alupro on behalf of funding partners BAMA, Unilever, Coppice Alupack, Nichol Food Packaging and Jena.
